Duties

1. To oversee purchases and develop new contracts
2. To procuring high-quality and cost-efficient supplies for our organization.
3. To follow procurement procedures, maintain an updated list of inventory and incoming purchases and supplies, and be responsible for approving purchases
4. Monitors business trends and product availability to pay the best price for company goods and services without sacrificing quality or delivery times
5. Nurtures relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for company
6. Identifies and researches potential new suppliers.

Requirements
Education:
B.Sc. in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related course.
Experience in the use of ERP systems, Microsoft Navision will be a plus
Experience:
Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems
2 years previous experience as procurement officer or related position.

Job Title: Logistics Officer
Location: Lagos
Duties

1. Organise transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from the factory to delivery, organizing transportation movements.
2. Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways
3. Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low
4. Maintains quality throughout the logistic processes

6. Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways
7. Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule
8. Maintains quality throughout the logistic processes
9. Arrange transportation, schedule installation staff, and coordinate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay
10. Address any problems or complaints that may arise quickly and amicably
11. Prepare and submit delivery reports to Head of unit weekly

Requirements
Education;
B.Sc in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Experience:
3 years previous experience as logistics officer or related position.
